This Role
The Production Associate is responsible for day-to-day assembly of the Fellow Kit and its components. There will be an opportunity to convert the role into a full time Production and Fulfillment Associate position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble the Fellow kit
- Organize stock to ensure product rotation and safe storage
- Maintain internal documentation associated with supply chain activities
- Work with manager to scale operations as the company grows
About You
- You are dextrous and able to work in person at our headquarters San Leandro, CA
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Adaptable, have a team-first attitude, and a positive can-do mentality
- Reliable and consistent
- Able to stand for 4 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous kitting/warehouse experience preferred but not required

Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
