We're looking for a creative and disciplined Thumbnail Assistant, able to help take concepts and translate them into a final product. Proficiency in Camera, Lighting, Set Design and Costuming will be key to your success. This role is an intersection between multiple different disciplines and will require a multi-talented, creative problem solver with people skills. Most importantly, we need someone who is dedicated to improving their output and is always willing to grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with our Designers by building out sets and shooting various source that will allow them to create the best thumbnails possible
- Responsible for facilitating and capturing thumbnail source
- Working with on site teams day to day to facilitate the creative vision of the Designers is met. This will include, but will not be limited to: purchasing costumes, sourcing materials, and scouting locations
- Scheduling Talent, Camera and crew for shoots
What makes you a fit:
- Basic understanding of Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Experienced with a multitude of different cameras
- Great communication skills to operate with a wide range of people and businesses
- Comfortable with setting up and working with studio lighting
- Flexibility to adapt with fast paced timelines and adjustments
- Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, task-driven, and compelled to grow in their craft
