Our team consults with businesses to create, design, and sell custom merchandise packages. Mini-Merch specializes in small merchandise like enamel pins, vinyl stickers, keychains, magnets and more. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about building something of real value.
The Production Assistant will assist in production of vinyl stickers, while managing and fulfilling all orders. We print and produce all vinyl stickers in house via large format commercial printer. The right individual has print, production, and shipping experience, pays high attention to detail, and is digitally proficient.

Compensation:
$18 per hour
Responsibilities:
Work from sales office, Monday- Friday, 9am-2pm
Manage print schedule in a timely manner meeting turnaround deadlines
Quality check, package, and ship E-Commerce orders
Assist in managing inventory for printer supplies, shipping supplies, stationary, etc.
Requirements:
Ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and task management skills
Motivated with a growth mindset
Proficient on computers (Microsoft Office)
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Shopify is highly valuable
Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs
