The Production Assistant will perform various duties to enhance the daily production operations. This position will have a set of daily responsibilities along with other variable duties for manual and automatic print training. This position will report to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities to Include:
Assist the production manager in planning for the production day which includes:
- Learning all aspects of the Screen Printing process
- Organizing and counting daily projects prior to production
- Assist in receiving in daily shipments
- Cleaning up screens & inks
- Packing and shipping orders
The Position Requires:
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment
- Drive and confidence to take on new responsibilities
- Self-starter attitude capable of owning important responsibilities and seeing them through to completion
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to handle shifting priorities
- Occasional customer interaction with order pick up that requires a polite and friendly demeanor
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Punctuality
- Must be proactive and willing to accomplish tasks with little oversight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
