Production Assistant

Production Assistant position starting at $19.00/hour Full Time, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Penn Foamis a small family owned and operated manufacturer of soft foam for furniture and packaging. Must have a good work ethic and good attendance. Pre-employment and random drug testing. Located in a very nice part of Allentown just off of Emmaus Avenue right by I-78.

Production Assistant Job Duties:

· Work with shift managers to implement a smooth & efficient work flow

· Responsible for order distribution and coordination

· Labeling information and making labels.

· Order tracking and reconciliation.

· Spot checking counts on orders and spot checking quality on packing.

· Maintaining accurate and up to date schedule information (updated hourly).

· Must maintain a neat and clean work area.

· Must demonstrate a cooperative team attitude.

· Must be able to follow directions

· Must be able to work independently

· Other duties as assigned
