Production Assistant

Position Overview:
ShareLiveVideo, a dynamic multimedia production company, is seeking a talented and versatile Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team. This role offers an initial commitment of 10 hours a week, Sunday through Thursday, with the potential for increased hours or advancement to a full-time position based on performance and company needs. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of our production process, involved in various aspects of our multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and organizing production equipment for shoots.
• Traveling to client sites to capture high-quality video and audio content.
• Operating equipment for live streaming and live video switching during events.
• Performing post-production tasks including video editing to create polished final products.
• Collaborating closely with the production team to execute projects from conception to completion.
• Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth production process.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in video production or related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creativity (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in using video and audio equipment, as well as editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects).
• Experience in live streaming, live video switching, and capturing high-quality video and audio content is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prepare and manage production equipment efficiently.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work flexibly according to project requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
