We are looking for a Customer Service Rep /Production Assistant who loves working with people, is very organized, is adaptable, and has a great work ethic. This person will manage the front desk, process orders, create invoices, perform basic bookkeeping, and assist in basic printing jobs.
Our ideal candidate provides telephone and in-person assistance to our valued clients. They provide exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services and/or resolving issues or concerns in person, on the phone, and via email. In addition, the Customer Service Representative helps with administrative duties, gathers information for follow up for the Sales team, and helps process orders. This person should be flexible, enjoy working on a variety of tasks each day, and be very organized.
We want a team player with a pleasant and courteous personality, who is fluent in English, can provide excellent support and Customer Service even during times of stress. Strong phone and computer skills are required. Previous Customer Service or other related experience is highly preferred.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with customers by phone or in person to provide information about products and services, take orders, or document complaints
- Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions
- Enter orders into print software system
- Invoice customers
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate basic commercial copiers and complete copy jobs
- Ensure production quality
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
- Previous Customer Service or related experience preferred
- Printing or Graphic Design experience beneficial
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, Customer Service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
