Form of workMoore, CCA Division is recruiting a Part TimeProduction Administrative Assistant to support our Production Department in Elkwood, Virginia! We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified individual to be responsible for assisting the Production Director in their administrative tasks at the division level.
PAY:
- Starting Hourly Rate is $17-$18 Per Hour (depending on experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Must be able to support with ad-hoc projects for the executive and the department
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and OneDrive documents
- Prepares, organized and tracks production records and reports
- Assists in updating production procedures
- Maintaining and organizing digital files in Shared Drive for department to access
- Must attend weekly meetings and follow-up with notes and action items
- Design presentations and prepare agendas, talking points, and briefing documents to support the department
- Responsible for performing research and managing tasks as needed to support work assigned
- Organizes technical requirements for in-person and virtual meetings
- Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as required
