We are an Automatic Standby Generator company that is looking for an associate to take over the daily tasks of our production department. Our main focus is residential, automatic, standby generators, however, we also install residential electrical work. The right candidate will be able to handle all incoming projects and manage all aspects of the scheduling, and inspections process that are required until project completion. They will need strong organization skills as well as strong customer communication skills.
The position is directly responsible for all aspects of the production process. You will be responsible for inbounding new sales, confirming all paperwork is correct and releasing the new jobs into the production process. You will then follow these jobs through the permitting process, installation, final inspections, and start up. You must have at least two years experience with CRMs, QuickBooks, Office 365, and production software.

Key Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software is a must!
- Team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong software skills and ability to manage multiple platforms
- Proven ability to meet operating pressures/deadlines while maintaining a positive work environment
- Exposure/knowledge to world-class employee engagement and retention practices
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on experience supervising people in a labor-intensive operation
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a production process and teammates to keep job on schedule and on budget.
- Schedule all installation of Generator projects
- Plan, define, help build and balance resources between departments to meet delivery service commitment to customers year-round
- Drive and champion LEAN principles and processes to drive performance
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to constantly improve the production process.
- Supply reports to help upper management forecast orders for generators and materials.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
