Production Assistant
tarte cosmetics is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of in-house content creation. Ideal candidates should be extremely organized, able to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, & have a passion for beauty content development.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain daily photo & video shoot schedule in collaboration with the Senior Creative Project Manager
- Daily on-set assistance of photo & video teams
- Assist with ongoing model casting & outreach for all photo/video needs
- Assist with all steps of asset creation including ideation, casting & preparation, content capture & delivery
- Help track pre-launch product samples in collaboration with the Marketing, Packaging & Product Development teams & assist with organizing all samples for the content team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deadlines are being met
Requirements:
- BA/BS required, marketing or creative fields preferred
- Experience in photo and/or video production preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Highly organized with flexibility to adapt to changes & prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Google G Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus but not required
- Must be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
