Job Description
- Track and organize the FIT, PPS, TOP samples and packages from shipping and receiving.
- Measure the garments and input the specifications.
- Review and organize the content labels, price labels, labels on final packages.
- Maintain and organize the fabric and trims libraries.
- Communicate with all vendors throughout production.
- Update the Work in Progress (WIP) as requested.
- Track delivery dates in system for updates.
Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Excel; Photoshop skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of fabric and trim: fibers, content, fabric specifications, fabric science knowledge that are appropriate per product (knits/wovens, stretch fabrics, dyeing, finishing etc.)
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet multiple deadlines.
- Professional email communication skills.
- Graduated in Fashion design or related field.
Salary Requirements: $45,000-$55,000
