The base salary range for this role is $127,400 per year - $209,300 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, Free Shipt deliveries, and more. We'll also give you $500 to set up your home office!

Responsibilities
- Own Content Strategy and Operations for the iCasino business
- Manage and maintain a roadmap pipeline of content across each state/jurisdiction that the casino business operates.
- Responsible for Vendor Management - This includes prioritizing integration processes through to day-to-day communications on common issues.
- Run quarterly reviews with Vendors - working with Marketing / Service Operations / Customer Services to highlight areas of success or improvement.
- Accountable for risk management of our content catalogue. To include risk profiling of games and/or customers. Work collaboratively with the marketing teams to ensure promotions are not exploitable.
- Weekly and Monthly content performance reporting will focus on new game performance, eco-system efficiency and areas of further opportunity.
- Work closely with the in-house content function to influence the roadmap and ensure our exclusive track of games delivers critical business value
- Work cross-functionally across the entire Fanatics ecosystem to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics' strategic assets into the content portfolio - either with the in-house team or working with 3rd Parties.
Experience and Skills
- A passion for casino content. You will have an inherent understanding of the nuances of casino content/suppliers and how customers engage with these games.
- [Preferred] Experience managing a casino content roadmap and existing relationships with content suppliers.
- [Preferred] A proven track record of delivering an optimized casino roadmap strategy
- [Preferred] Strong commercial acumen with multiple years' experience in managing performance reporting
- Excellent communication skills - able to distil complex reporting into clear messaging to all levels of the organization
- Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where decisions are made quickly
- Curious and fast learner willing to dive into the US iCasino market and quickly understand the differing needs of customers in new states as they regulate.
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
- Open to regular travel to gaming events, content suppliers and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
