Responsibilities:

· Responsible for assisting in all production related tasks including: maintaining and updating WIPs, costing charts, BOMs

· Work with design and sales on daily basis

· Receive/check-in & prep daily packages for review with PM

· Coordinate with designers, buyers, and technical designers to ensure all production requirements such as colors, trims, fabric quality & fit are met

· Daily production follows up with all factories and our China office (email correspondence, layout approvals, answering questions about styles, etc.)

· Reviewing submits with the design team, sending comments to factories and submits to customers

· Ordering price tickets

· Working in PLM

· Daily Tracking of Containers and updating sales/warehouse on status of orders

· Work with warehouse team to ensure goods are received on time

Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· 1-2 years of production/product development experience and has a background/passion for fashion

· Good understanding of the production process

· Numbers oriented

· Organized individual who can effectively manage and multiple tasks simultaneously

· Individual who is responsible and can produce results when given a deadline

· Works well in a fast-paced environment and can be a team player

· Organized

· Good time management

· Sense of urgency

· Fast and efficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.46 - $22.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
