We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team at our facility located in Cranston, RI, 02921. As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the production team and ensuring smooth operations.
Job Summary
The Production Assistant is responsible for splitting their time in multiple areas in production. This role will be cross trained in all areas of production.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload products and orders
- Perform set-up and operation on a variety of small production machinery within the manufacturing process.
- Staging raw materials and manufacture quality products.
- Operate high speed dispensers or other equipment.
- Fill cartridges and/or syringes according to customer orders.
- Fill bulk containers according to customer orders.
- Label and transport finish goods to appropriate areas
- Comfortable with performing a variety of tasks within the Production process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work/collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to use basic math skills.
- Manufacturing experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and be able to lift, pull, reach, and stand for long periods of time.
