Production Assistant

At Keeney Home Services, we are looking for the right individuals who want to build a life-long career in the home improvement industry to join our team. We are currently seeking an Office Production Assistant to join our team! We are the experts from the attic up for gutters, roofing, and insulation. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to the industry, or you have been working in it for over 30 years, at Keeney there is a place for anyone who has a positive attitude, a strong focus on customer service, a good work ethic and a desire to learn.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to work with both our production team and sales team to get jobs scheduled and installed. This person will work as a mediator between sales and production to ensure jobs are ready to go and customers are satisfied.

Duties include:

• Schedule job installations for multiple crews and subcontractors
• Review all jobs after they are sold to make sure everything is loaded
• Approve jobs to move into production-using our CRM system
• Run daily and monthly reports from the CRM system
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Communicate with install crews, sales staff and customers on a daily basis

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Detail oriented individual
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in growing with the company
• Salesforce knowledge helpful (CRM)
• Excel knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
