Job Title: Part Time Office Administrative
Location: Training onsite NYC - remote flexibility
Description:
- The Part Time Office administrative position will require 10-15 hours a week.
- You will support the daily operations of the company by assisting in Microsoft Suite tasks, PowerPoints, Excel, and handling general correspondence.
- This role offers the opportunity to develop strong organizational and communication skills, gain proficiency in remote collaboration tools, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic, with the a focus in time sensitive projects.
- We are looking for an individual to provide with administrative work for our financial advisors.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
- Willingness to learn.
- Laptop required.
This position will require in person training with flexibility to be remote post training.
