About the role
Production Assemblers work closely together in our Lay-up Department framing and building doors. Team members rotate job function couple of hours creating steady variety through-out your shift, while developing a depth of process knowledge and understanding. There is always a healthy dose of comradery and competition between stations and team members making it an enjoyable and welcoming environment.
While prior experience or knowledge of light construction is always a plus, we will teach everything you need to know to perform standard job duties well. Bringing a desire to grow and a coachable attitude doesn't hurt and will aid in your growth and future opportunities. We offer a competitive entry wage of $21.10 an hour with a Monday-Friday 3:45pm-12:30am schedule with overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift push and pull 50lbs and above comfortably.
- Ability to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in a team setting.

- Performing various tasks including assembling
- Following safety procedures and quality guidelines
- Working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

About you

What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:
- $21.10 per hour (includes shift premium of $1.75)
- Wage increase at 90 days to $21.50 - $22.50 provided qualifications are met including attendance
- Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
