• Full Time Available
• Compensation: $15-$20/hr depending on experience. Room to grow to a higher level position.
• Must be able to pass a basic assessment test.

Warbonnet Outdoors specializes in manufacturing high-quality, lightweight camping gear for the outdoor enthusiast. Our niche within the outdoors industry is hammock camping. We create many different styles and sizes of hammocks, tarps, and sleeping quilts in Mc Ewen, Tennessee.

We are currently hiring a full-time team member. The duties and responsibilities of this team position includes preparing raw materials for production, filling goose down sleeping bags, and performing quality control on finished goods. This team position requires proficient skills regarding working with other team members, time-management, communication, and organizational skills. This position will also require the ability to follow directions while also having great attention to detail.

We’re seeking a fast-learning and hard-working individual with a genuine work ethic. Experience working in any production environment is a plus. This is could be a great opportunity for someone in school wanting to work part time, or a full time position.

Applicants must be able to lift heavy boxes and rolls of fabric up to 50 lbs. Also, applicants will require you to be on your feet for all or most of the work day.
