Role Summary
The Product Strategy Manager manages multi-level stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional touchpoints. The role will develop, plan and execute strategic programs that are rooted in a deep understanding of stakeholder’s businesses goals, including collaboration with Product and brand teams for product enhancements to data analyses. The role will also conduct business intelligence activities and benchmarking.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, develop market studies and competitor analyses and also keep up with market and technology trends
- Manage cross-functional project teams to manage or create new program and manage current process/program.
- Analyze key product/partnership strategy and market data with proper visualization.
- Coordinate with brands and CARIAD global team on market insights and Product Strategy.
- Coordinate with cross function team for partnerships.
- Manage product and project approval process inside CARIAD and facilitate brands to go through their respective management approval process.
- Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas to fulfil business needs.
Years of Experience
- 7+ years experience in project and/or program management
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree

- PMP Certification
- Master's Degree
Skills:
- Negotiation and influence
- Microsoft Office advanced level; Power Point and Excel
- Strong oral and written communications are necessary, ability to communicate with others on important, complex and non-routine issues
- Performance driven ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously
- Ability to develop comprehensive and persuasive board level business cases and presentations
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and a very high standard of quality
- Experience communicating with senior management (VP level decision-makers)
Required Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Program/Project Management techniques and methods
- Highly effective at organizing and managing time and resources
- Comfort with managing strategic sub-topics and working groups
- High-level analytical expertise to build data into strategic insights for board level consumption
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to plan and monitor program execution and coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex interdependencies
- Experience in product, program, and/or project management in coordinating cross-functional teams to develop new process or matrix.
- Analytical thinking

Compensation
Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, credentials or certifications, industry-based experience, qualification and training. In the city of Mountain View, California, the salary range for this position is $132,400 - $202,000.
