Product Specialist
Cognizant Healthcare Product consulting is looking to hire a Sr Product specialist with solid experience working Facets Membership and billing module, Membership data analysis and addressing issues and concerns, solutioning them promptly and efficiently. Someone how coordinates with Business team and IT development team for requirement gathering and solution designing.

Location: Mason, OH (Remote)
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
• Requirement gathering, Analysis and solutioning of Membership module custom facets development.
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Assist developers with complex Oracle PLSQL query to analyze the data.
• Work closely with business team and development team for functional design.
Key Qualifications:
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of Facets experience
• Strong Oracle PLSQL Experience
• Knowledge in C# .Net code - for analysis
• Knowledge of FET
• Knowledge of Facets data model
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible, team player, "get-it-done" personality.
• Ability to work in a multi-dimensional team.
• Ability to generate design documents.
• Ability to adapt to customer's best practices, coding standards, etc.
• Ability to organize and plan work independently.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
