Warehouse Sales Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Sales Coordinator in our Warehouse Products department at our facility in Carlisle, PA. The Warehouse Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team, sales and executive management, internal colleagues, and customers. Responsibilities for this position include issuing purchase orders to vendors, receiving invoices and reconciling job files, invoicing customers, and supporting the sales process from start to finish as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Generate purchase orders to vendors
- Quote Entry
- Coordinating the entry of orders and generating the necessary documentation to track the order process
- Maintaining and tracking inventory of sales materials from order to delivery and billing
- Support the Sales, Service, and Operations teams as needed
- File agreements and invoices as appropriate based on customer specifications.
- Accurately and completely enter sales orders and information
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to correspond verbally and electronically presenting information to sales team and customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Basic to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Possess high level of professionalism and the ability to follow up
- Positive and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow team members
- Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
· Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent with four years of work in detailed oriented positions including accounting, inventory control or office management.
