- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Enabling Functions business stakeholders including:
- Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and objectives as well as the FLNA IT Strategy and Vision
- Ensure effective translation of business needs into actionable IT initiatives
- Collaborate across IT teams and 3rd parties to identify and deliver new capabilities
- Manage escalations, communications, expectations, influencing prioritization within multiple levels of the business/IT organization
- Familiarize yourself with emerging technologies that are beneficial to the Enabling Functions space (Procurement, Finance and FP&A).
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget and effective transition to Operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business requirements and goals.
- Accountable for AOP plans, project forecasting and estimation.
- Accountable for the Operations and the Managed Services Agreement of legacy applications until they retire at the end of 2024 ensuring timely delivery of solutions, proper prioritization of work based on business priority, the adherence of PepsiCo processes and ensuring service levels are met through regular operational reviews
- Provides application expertise and/or technical/integration expertise in the resolution of critical or complex application system issues
- Partner with Information Security Group and Controls teams to ensure security, audit, SOX and compliance requirements are met
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience a plus
- 8+ years of related IT business work experience
- Experience in CPG industry and Enabling Functions (Procure to Pay, Finance & FP&A) preferred
- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively
- Application Development or Operational experience of mid-large portfolio
- Project delivery experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills to support problem troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause determination to complex functional application issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Good collaboration and partnership skills to foster key relationships with other technology, application and business teams
- Solid foundation in IT operational concepts and procedures
- Requisite skills to influence others in order gain consensus and alignment for key deliverables that span multiple teams and organizations
- Vendor management experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance & Procurement
- Influence external technology vendors in timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborates with Enterprise Solutions
- Collaborates with other Compute and infrastructure technology support partners
