About the Team
The Product Operations team supports the end-to-end product lifecycle from SKU creation and maintenance through eCommerce data management and product launch through the development and automation of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain SKUs/items across West Elm
- Partner with merchandising, product development, content production, eCom partners, and vendors to ensure all changes to SKU data (ex. pricing, descriptions, costing, fulfillment information, etc.) are executed correctly across systems
- Assist with cross-functional projects, process changes, system upgrades, and reporting by having a holistic view of the product lifecycle and merchandising systems
- Work with the rest of the supply chain operations team to perform data scrubs and other administrative duties that prioritize data integrity
- Publish weekly and ad hoc reporting on product information data and season product launches
- Collaborate with the Product Operations team with a true problem-solving mentality to reimagine cross-functional processes

The expected starting pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
