We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team who can drive go-to-market strategy and execution for our Microsoft owned and operated advertising products on premium properties such as Microsoft Start, Outlook, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic positioning of our products and enabling sales through effective training and collateral development. You will also work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and drive revenue for the business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft owned and operated ad products and solutions for advertisers, while participating in cross-functional initiatives to drive readiness for launch.
- Drive adoption of our products through creating impactful product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate Microsoft from competitors.
- Collaborate with product management to gather customer feedback and market research to help shape recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Evaluate market intelligence and data to identify opportunities and define strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, and renewal of a product and/or solution.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver effective sales enablement materials, trainings, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in Product Marketing, product management, or related roles in the advertising technology industry.
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in Product Marketing, product management, or related roles in the advertising technology industry.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

- Ability to project manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes independently.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
