Product Marketing, E-mobility "All in One"

ABB is transforming into a customer-centric, product-led sustainable mobility company, looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. The newly created ABB E-mobility marketing and communications organization will drive this experience through brand purpose: We support our customers to electrify mobility. It is our responsibility to position ABB E-mobility as a reliable partner and authority in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing lead for our ALL in One program. First and foremost, you are the voice of the customer, understanding their value realization and bridging it with business objectives. Collaborating closely with product and sales teams, you will define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring outcomes are prioritized over mere outputs.

Team Lead of Product and Portfolio Marketing

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough user and market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, understand personas, and uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Serve as the ambassador bridging customer and market insights, segmenting customers to discern what delights them in our public charging program while addressing their frustrations and needs.
  • Lead GTM processes, fostering strong inter-team relationships to construct a comprehensive Product Marketing plan aligning sales and marketing activities with sales and product targets.
  • Craft compelling narratives for the All In One products and programs, defining their positions in customers' minds, measuring this perception, and establishing success metrics for the program.
  • Evangelize the program, tailoring impactful messages for customers and crafting persuasive stories that resonate with analysts, reports, and key decision-makers.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, with 5-10 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B/B2C tech/platform.Familiarity with subsidized product dynamics, especially in government-funded initiatives.
  • Expertise in Product Marketing methodologies, with a preference for Continuous Discovery practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for precise data collection, organization, and dissemination, with the ability to drive customer-facing messaging and define business metrics. Multi-lingual proficiency is a plus.
