The Product Manager at NCS Vacutech has a pivotal role in leading and driving cross-functional teams to develop and grow our innovative carwash solutions, both current and future. NCS Vacutech is the industry leader in vacuum solutions for the carwash industry and is focused on developing differentiated products to help drive the carwash future. This dynamic individual will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the NCS – Vacuum Solutions product and program platform. The Product Manager will need to be laser focused on developing a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value and innovation, leveraging a multi-channel approach to drive multiple revenue streams and maximize profit, while delivering a delightful experience and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do…
- Seek out and listen to Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and translates industry and market segment trends into business opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams and direct resources dedicated to the new product development process and execution.
- Lead sales and marketing collaborative effort to develop and execute successful program solutions targeted to secure long-term cusotmers. Develop strategies and tactics that drive logical win-win step-up solutions to leverage and maximize NCS – Vacutech’s competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Lead the product lifecycle process including new product development, financial assessment, forecasting, pricing analysis, product launch activities, product evolution and end-of-life.
- Develop a product roadmap that will guide a technology transformation in the NCS – Vacutech product line.
- Provide critical support for customer-facing teams to make it easy to present and sell NCS Solutions. Partner with the Marketing team to develop sales aids, marketing tools, field marketing activities, training and education to support the NCS integrated product solution portfolio.
- Assist with any future integration activities to bring acquisitions into the NCS operational structure, create go-to-market strategies, product line optimization and implementation of brand standards.
- Work cross-functional with the NCS Connected Solutions product team to ensure strategic alignment with long term vision.
What You Need…
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 year of professional product marketing, product management or technical sales experience.
- Management of P&L, NPD Process (Stage Gate) and project management a plus.
- Ability to execute high level program and pricing strategies
- Car Wash industry expertise with a technical understanding of integrated wash systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical competency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Office suite skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Product Roadmap and Project Management software experience a plus.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage cross functional teams remotely.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.
