The Product Manager, Parts at NCS has a pivotal role in leading and driving cross-functional teams to develop and grow our innovative carwash solutions, both current and future. This dynamic individual will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the NCS-Parts program platform. The Product Manager will need to be laser-focused on identifying the NCS opportunity and developing a differentiated parts vision that delivers unique value and customer satisfaction experience.
Job Duties:
- Lead the NCS parts product life cycle processes; Understand NCS Equipment and functionality to market parts a customer would need to purchase throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Create articulate and concise descriptions of each part, and catalog them for review and purchase for easy customer accessibility
- Analyze specific parts and customer buying trends, to prioritize commonly used parts
- Seek out and listen to Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and translate industry and market segment trends into business opportunities
- Lead sales and marketing collaborative effort to develop and execute successful program solutions targeted to secure long-term customers. Develop strategies and tactics that drive logical win-win step-up solutions to leverage and maximize NCS-Part's competitive advantage and market leadership
- Provide critical support for customer-facing teams to make it easy to present and sell NCS parts. Partner with the Marketing team to develop sales aids, marketing tools, field marketing activities, training and education to support NCS parts
- Assist with any future integration activities to bring acquisitions into the NCS parts process
What You Need...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional product marketing or product management experience
- Ability to execute high-level program and pricing strategies
- Car Wash industry expertise with a technical understanding of integrated wash systems is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Product Roadmap and Project Management software experience a plus
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely
- Ability to travel up to 24%, including overnight travel
