**Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Development:**

- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to market launch.

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to bring new products to market.

2. **Product Strategy:**

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.

- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set clear objectives for product development teams.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to inform product strategy.

3. **Portfolio Management:**

- Manage and optimize the existing product portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Conduct regular analysis of product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or discontinuations.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.

4. **Quality Control:**

- Set and maintain high standards for product quality and performance.

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

5. **Communication and Collaboration:**

- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the outdoor gear or related industry.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
