The Product Manager will manage product, engineering, design and a constant feedback loop between our customers and team. This individual will effectively solve problems for customers by identifying ways to satisfy those needs via product, engineering and integration that are beneficial to Honest Game. This role is key to the growth and scale of Honest Game’s business and sits at the intersection of engineering, design, customer success, sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Drive product alliances and integration strategy and execution to support Honest Game’s growth.
- Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Collaborate internally with all departments (i.e., sales, customer success, college success, high school success, engineering, marketing and others) to ensure the product responds and reflects what our customers need.
- Alongside our Co-Founders, define the product vision and oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development.
- Translate the product vision and strategy into tactical plans to lead engineer and development team to success
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog and prioritize them alongside our Co-Founders to accommodate changing requirements/needs.
- Develop user stories.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage in the process.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, features and design
- Deliver product updates.
- Identify key drivers of engagement and pain points in the process to increase activation and decrease the onboarding time of Honest Game customers
- Lead product sprints and scrum sessions.
- Perform other duties as needed, as startup culture requires a collaborative culture and community approach.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 10+ years in product project management.
- Ability to build alignment around the product roadmap. Clear communication style and an ability to inspire and motivate others.Technical background.
- Background in education and/or youth sports sectors is a plus.
- Experience leading substantial aspects of product management: identifying opportunities, defining a product roadmap, creating business cases, driving execution activities and measuring results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and necessary product development software tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
