Product Manager

Princeton Identity, a forward-looking identity management solution provider, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Product Manager to interact with a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate should have a mindset of startup culture and a tenacious attitude of resolving gaps in product offerings to grow market share. This person should be highly skilled in market analytics and have proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product. The person needs to be a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive performance of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Develop product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• ·Effectively communicate product features to sales managers and partners.
• Identify and collaborate with potential partners, understand underlying technical details to ensure successful partnership.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
• Preferred previous experience in software, hardware, and web development.
• Proven success as a product developer for 5-7 years

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
