Our company is changing the way the world buys doors! We sell commercial steel and wood doors online, and ship all over the United States. We are a growing, family-owned company, looking to fill a full-time Product Listing Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing Product Listings on our e-commerce platform to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and provide an excellent online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Product Listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product details, descriptions, and images.
- Optimize Product Listings for search engine visibility and ranking, including the use of relevant keywords and metadata.
- Monitor and update pricing, inventory, and product availability information as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that Product Listings align with the overall marketing and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving Product Listings.
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in Product Listings and work with relevant teams to address product-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices to continually enhance Product Listings.
- Assist in the creation of product-related content, including product descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Product Listings.
- Completes competitor pricing analysis quarterly
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management.
- Familiarity with web analytics and e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
