DW Drums is looking for a highly organized Product Development Coordinatorwith experience in Research and Development (R&D) management, adept at overseeing project timelines, documenting product specifications, and facilitating bi-weekly meetings using 3rd party software for effective communication. Proven track record in coordinating with external inventors, managing Quality Control (QC) issues meetings, and ensuring timely resolution of identified problems. Skilled in aligning R&D departments with Arena PLM requirements and providing comprehensive assistance to the Executive Vice President in all aspects of Product Development. Additionally, proficient in maintaining R&D tax credit reports and monitoring their implementation for optimal financial outcomes.

What You'll Do as our Product Development Coordinator:

• Oversee R+ D project timelines, record product specifics, run bi-weekly meeting with basecamp update coordination.
• Outside inventor coordination
• Run and update QC issues meeting, follow up on issues. 
• Help coordinate R+D dept with Arena PLM requirements.
• Assist EVP in all aspects of prod development.
• Maintain R+D tax credit reports, monitor implementation. 

Requirements

What You Bring as ourProduct Development Coordinator: 

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Excel with the ability to create formulas and reports.
• Proficient in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely updates and schedule adherence.
• Demonstrated ability and patience to collaborate effectively with team members within and outside our department.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent at follow-up, follow-through, and adhering to schedules.

Pay Range: $21.63 - 24.00 DOE
