OVERVIEW:

Product Designers are expert individual contributors; they’re given a lot of autonomy and trust to work on our most impactful design projects. For this role, we’re looking for someone who shares our values in the following areas:

• Shaping: Crafting excellent user experiences with a distinct perspective. Emphasis onthe importance of good defaults and deliberate exclusions. Intentionality in what isincluded in the final solution.
• Systems thinking: The role requires a designer who can think systematically aboutinformation architecture as well as existing and emerging UI patterns.
• Progress and Tempo: It’s easy to get caught up in the design details, so our designermust be mindful that we keep making decisions and move forward quickly. We prioritizeprogress over correctness.
• Curiosity: In a fast-paced environment, particularly with projects involving AI and LLMs,our designer will need to rapidly learn about our existing platforms while being curious toexplore new capabilities and opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribute and maintain product wireframes in Support Portal, AI in-product Support,and this groups internal AI data analytic tool.
• Contribute to and maintain the visual design of their Support experience.
• Build assets that can be implemented by Engineers.
• Help our business stakeholders understand the advantages and trade-offs of designdecisions.
• Conduct customer research to influence product design decisions.
• Translate quantitative (i.e. user engagement metrics) and qualitative (i.e. surveyresponses) feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Propose UX design improvements based off of interviews conducted with customers andusers alike.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experienced working alongside Engineers, Product, and Program Managers to deliverdesigns that’s aligned with an organization’s brand & design team.
• Experience shipping products/features from ideation to end-user prototype andpresenting your work to end-users, engineers, subject matter experts, and executives.
• Experience using Figma to create rapid wireframes and prototypes.
• Portfolio showcasing your involvement in projects, highlighting your hands-on experienceas a Product Designer.
• Experience designing user interfaces that work across multiple platforms and applyingUX principles, user research methods, and a user-centric approach to product design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing enterprise support portals.
• Experience designing for developer tools.
• Experience contributing to or using an established design system.
• Experience using Slack for regular communication.

Compensation range for position is $ 72,000– 88,000 DOE.
