MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in PRODUCE - Ordering, Stocking & Cleaning
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with technical sales or electronic devices is an advantage
