Procurement Specialist
LHH is hiring a Procurement Specialist for our client in Seattle, WA. This is a fully onsite role with paid parking in South Seattle. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of procurement experience and a strong knowledge of supply chain. Experience working with high inventory construction, automotive, aerospace, or marine builds is a plus! This is an excellent growth opportunity with a company with deep roots and excellent culture.

Pay: $26-$31/DOE
 
Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Indirect Services and Direct Material Purchases
• Managing supplier relationships with Indirect and Direct Supply Base
• Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal or negotiations of contracts
• Track Inventory and restock goods as needed
• Partner with purchasing department, leadership and production
• Management and execution of the RFQ process

  Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional experience in procurement/supply chain
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Manufacturing or construction background/.understanding of complex builds
• Strong communication skills
