The Procurement Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to various project leaders. This work will enable the timely and accurate execution of the product development plan, while creating corporate alignment and accountability to program plans.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
In this role, you will provide administrative support to enable the execution of the product development plan. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented and has excellent organization and communication skills. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (M-F).
- Assist Project leaders with procurement related data entry duties, to include the following - PO creation, complete product specification & spec sheets for vendors.
- Build and maintain program schedules within Microsoft Project
- Create weekly forecast reports for Hallmark
- Complete various vendor onboarding duties
- Building kits and organizing samples
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Associates degree or 2 years of professional work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent attention to detail & organization skills
- Experience with 10-Key
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
