Processor / Coordinator

• Responsibilities:

- Process loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to provide updates and answer questions

• -Coordinator - Coordinate with contractors and subs in regards to items & services purchased, and ensure timely completion. -Schedule and coordinate between sales people and customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in loan processing or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Understanding of terms of financing, ability to collect conditions from customers and coordinate with contractors as well

**ONSITE training available. If you do not have experience in this field, but have great work ethic, willingness to learn, enjoy working with customers on a daily basis, this may be for you!! Pay is base hourly plus commission

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
