We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in process control and has strong problem-solving abilities.
Duties:
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Collect and analyze data from production runs to identify trends or deviations
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve productivity
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and data collection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with process control systems and tools is a plus
