Aladdin Temp-Rite is seeking 3rd Shift career minded professionals to join their team as a Process Technician in our Hendersonville, TN location.

. Work Performed:
- Set molds, start up machines, change resins, change colors and make adjustments to machines to ensure maximum productivity.
- Remove and ready molds for PM and storage.
- Know the function of and be able to adjust, process and make minor repairs to any other related or similar equipment or machine to include auxillary equipment such as foaming equipment and robotic part picking machines
- Use gages and other measuring devices and make machine adjustments in order to ensure quality parts.
- Provide owner ship and input of injection molding process and equipment for reduction of defects, overall process improvement, cycle time reduction and the reduction of downtime.
- Communicate with shift manager, QC, and others preceding and following shifts
- Observance of safety rules and regulations and good housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Two (2) year technical degree/certificate in related field (TCAT or equivalent) or
- Two (2) + years of tooling setup/change over experience. Plastics processing experience preferred.
