Injection Mold Process Technician

Baxter Enterprises, a full service supplier to the automotive plastics industry, has opening for an 2nd Shift Injection Mold Process Technician in its Winchester, TN facility. Qualified applicants will have Injection Mold Processing experience and be able to make process adjustments on Injection Molding machines, assist with color changes, tool changes, continuous improvement of cycle times, scrap reduction, and efficiencies. Must have experience with processing the following plastics: TPO, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, POM (acetal), PET (Gas assist), Magnetite, Santoprene, Nylon (filled and non-filled). Experience with Star automation, SPC, gas-assist and two-shot molding preferred. Occasional overtime required.
