Process Technician

Our client is looking for a Process Technician to join their team. Hiring for all shifts, with a priority on 2nd and 3rd. Automotive manufacturing experience with injection molding REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Monitor production output and quality to ensure adherence to specifications
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
