Job Summary
Monitor the molding/automation/assembly process. Responsible for the support and constant improvement of production with regard to deadlines, costs and quality. Analyze production defects and the following elimination of those defects. On schedule/on budget project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the continuous coordination of the production group and adjacent production areas.
- Is the internal and external contact person for all new transfer projects.
- Advance the communication process in the production group by informing co-workers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the duties of co-workers and ensure compliance of all guidelines.
- Analyze complaint causes and develop remedial actions; review of remedial actions and support of implementation.
- Support and accompany the implementation of new production projects.
- Contact person in case of any issues.
- Monitor the application of operating resources and verify the scrap rate.
- Develop maintenance schedule and work instructions and verify their compliance.
- Regularly analyze all processes, activities and work stations from the viewpoint of profit and loss in order to continuously improve and increase efficiency.
- Use ProSes software
General Duties
- Grasp ideas for the concerning production runs and make improvement and suggestions.
- Notify upper management of discrepancies/issues and take appropriate remedial actions.
- Promote and follow safety protocol and inform upper management of any safety issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area and follow recycle and scrap procedures.
- Seek professional and personal grown through continuing education opportunities.
Work Ethics
- Strict adherence to policies and procedures.
- Set an example for all employees by exhibiting good work habits and wise use of time.
- Monitor housekeeping to assure a clean and safe work environment.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, or sitting for varying periods of time.
- Stooping and bending is required.
- Visual acuity is required.
- Lifting of up to 30+ pounds is sometimes required.
- Hand / eye coordination and manual dexterity is required.

Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Able to work in the United States.
- Previous manufacturing experience (Preferred).
- Should possess excellent skills in written and oral communication.
