Position Summary

The Process Specialist and Equipment Operator is an expert on BOBST Digital Machines and printing technologies. The main objective for this role is to provide Onsite Demonstration to potential and existing Customers ensuring that all BOBST Digital printing solution systems and machines (prepress, color accuracy and print quality) are always at best level. This individual works closely with the Competence Center Manager, colleagues, internal and external customers to ensure best in class Competence Center Experience to enable the sales team to win a deal, provide printed samples and deliver training.

The Process Specialist and Equipment Operator is a team player. He/she takes responsibility for providing excellent Customer Service and is flexible with the customer and balances patience and professionalism while driving for solutions with demonstrated urgency. The ability to follow-up on all activities and projects with all internal and external customers is a key expectation of this role.

Your responsibilities:

· Provide BOBST Digital printing solution machine demonstrations

· Provide training to customers

· Machine, software, workflow

· Sample printing delivery

· Media testing & validation

· Understand Market needs and feedback to internal stakeholders

· Ensure Site and Machine Operational at all time

· Machine up & running

· Availability

· Machine and Site cleanliness

· Escalate Machine technical issues to relevant departments

· Stock management

Your qualifications:

· Experience in manipulating pre-press files

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF editing experience

· Experienced in color handling

· Printing Experience

· Team player and a good communicator

· Customer oriented

· Able to work under pressure

· Flexibility, adaptability and analytical skills

· Versatile, autonomous and rigorous

· Min 5 years Label printing industry
