This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

- Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to individuals involved in court cases

- Ensure that all documents are delivered in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of all served documents

- File proof of service with the appropriate court or agency

- Collaborate with attorneys and law enforcement officials as needed

- Follow all legal requirements and regulations regarding process serving

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a high volume of documents

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of legal documents

- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred

- Valid DCA and driver's license and reliable transportation
