Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to support field management and the Operations Manager in daily processes improvement and training. Help lead Bardi

Responsibilities:

· Support the management team to drive improvement efforts and maintain standards that meet and exceed KPIs

· Document and maintain the processes and SOPs for all functions of operations

· Maintain “expert” level knowledge of Service Titan

· Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system

· Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification to project delivery via internal governance and controls

· Responsible for creating and hosting relevant ongoing training and development

· Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees

Qualifications:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Lean Six Sigma Certified, not required

· Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus

· Some Plumbing/HVAC experience desired, not required
