Our client is seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a background in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) Manufacturing who wants to advance their career towards a VP of Engineering role at a dynamic and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervisors to debug issues with SMT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machinery problems on the manufacturing floor.
- Program surface-mount equipment and printers proactively.
- Lead technical efforts and assume senior responsibilities in the Process Engineering department.
Candidate Requirements:
- Associates and/or B.A., B.S., Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience of at least 5 plus years in same or similar industry.
- Demonstrated positive Customer Service demeanor.Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong technical background with the understanding of circuit card and box build assemblies.
- Experience with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT).
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery functions, including mechanical, electrical, and software aspects.
- Previous experience with PCB (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
