Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join this team. As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Manufacturing Processes for our innovative products. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to work with an awesome team!

1. Develop, analyze, and optimize Manufacturing Processes to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products and implement design improvements.
3. Utilize knowledge of plastics and injection molding to develop and implement Manufacturing Processes.
4. Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and develop corrective actions.
5. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation in compliance with ISO13485 standards.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and capacity.
7. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and production ramp.
8. Train and mentor manufacturing technicians and junior engineers.
9. Participate in the validation and qualification of new manufacturing equipment and processes.
10. Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest manufacturing technologies and trends.

Job Details


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Hands-on experience with plastics and injection molding.
4. Strong knowledge of ISO13485 standards and their application in manufacturing.
5. Proven experience in improving Manufacturing Processes and reducing costs.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
9. Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
10. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
