Process Controls Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Process Controls Engineer with expertise in automated foundry equipment, and proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal v17, structured logic, and Beckhoff systems.

Requirements:

• Expertise in creating and maintaining a Controls Engineering framework to meet manufacturing and development needs.

• Proficiency in developing CCS and DCS strategies for enhanced site performance.

• In-depth knowledge of DC/AC circuits, semiconductors, relay controls, analog gates, power theory, and safety.

• Mastery of Siemens TIA Portal v17, structured logic. Knowledge of Beckhoff systems is beneficial.

• Practical experience with FANUC and KUKA systems is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ignition software

• Familiarity with E-Plan software

Responsibilities:

• Designing and sustaining a Controls Engineering framework to meet manufacturing needs.

• Developing CCS and DCS strategies for improved site performance.

• Utilizing knowledge of DC/AC circuits, semiconductors, relay controls, analog gates, power theory, and safety in daily tasks.

• Implementing expertise in Siemens TIA Portal v17 & structured logic. Using Beckhoff systems where required.

• Applying practical experience with FANUC and KUKA systems when necessary.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
