Process Analyst
One of The Select Group’s is looking for a Process Analyst to help document and streamline processes. It is a fully remote, contract opportunity within the U.S.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 3-5 years experience as a Process Analyst
- Ability to identify gaps, issues, areas for improvement
- Strong understanding of OKRs/KPIs
- Analysis skills
- Understands data life cycles and data cleansing
- Experience understanding technical engineering processes
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (PLUS SKILLS):
- Background in services
DAY TO DAY:
- Create and manage KPI/Metric PoCs to iterate on definitions and visualization requirements
- Create requirements for AGABI implementation
- Review existing TAC documentation, assess need for Premium documentation (either inclusion in TAC or distinct documentation), and completion of appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with TAC tools to ensure comprehensive documentation of processes as well as improve Premium Delivery’s perspective on various technology investments (drive user stories/requirements from Premium to TAC Tools)
