We are looking to add an experienced Estate Planning/probate attorney to the team.
If you have experience in probate and Estate Planning, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. As our Estate Planning Attorney, you will draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families. You will also file and administer guardianship, probate and trust matters.
This position requires a significant level of independence and responsibility. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience and can manage their own Estate Planning, guardianship and probate caseload with little to no oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
• Meet with clients and design estate plans
• Assist clients with trust funding and administration
• Assign work to paralegals and legal assistants
• Handle estate plan signing meetings
• Responsible for own caseload of probate matters
• Responsible for own caseload of guardianship matters
• Familiar with probate rules and statutes, including court local rules for different counties within Florida
• Able to handle probate and guardianship hearings
• Assist senior attorneys with probate litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 5 years of estate plan drafting, guardianship, and probate experience
• Familiar with drafting software, Lawgic is the software we use
